I was sitting in the waiting area at VGH the other day, ironically waiting to do an IQ test as a volunteer for a study a friend is a part of, when I came across this article. Some of the points are so perfectly in keeping with advice I give to kids. But this one really helps from a parent perspective and so I thought it worth sharing. I snapped a picture and put it up to share. Whether it's the grade 3 kid first presented or a student in high school, the anxiety around testing is real.

Anxiety tests for kids, I believe, is a great help because they will be able to determine the behavior of those kids before taking some tests. I find it really interesting since I believe I have already experienced some of the given scenarios here. I think we all have these kind of experiences wherein we feel anxious about some stuffs such as tests. As a students before, I must say that I feel anxious about some tests, I tend to be vocal about it. I don't think that I show some specific behavior that will prove how anxious I am. Anyway, this is really interesting for me since I like studying human behavior.
