It's that time of year where we do parent-teacher interviews. This is a great opportunity to see how your kid is doing and to connect with teachers. I'll also be available to book if you'd like!

Key stuff to know:

2. You can make appointments starting Tuesday, October 31st.
3. There will be a limit of 4 appointments per parent
   1. 4 more will become available with one day to go (to give everyone equal chance to get in and see teachers).

Alright, it's official... We're in the era of legalized marijuana in Canada. I'm certainly not weighing in here at all around it's merits or concerns, but there is (regardless of where anyone stands on it) a great opportunity to have important conversations with our kids about it. At 15, our kids are very much still not legally allowed to consume, but this is a HUGE age for experimentation, and at the same time also a HUGE time for brain development ("pruning neural pathways"). If we don't have these conversations with our kids, where will they get their info from?

This school year Kelly from the SACY program and myself will be in PE classes talking about it as well. But here is some great information to get conversations going at home. Please let me know if you have questions.
