Grade 9 immunization clinic is Tuesday, February 6th. Consents will be going out this week via English classes, with a requested return deadline of Friday, January 13th.
With the news of the meningitis-related death in the Okanagan, there may more questions from parents than usual. I have attached fyi the vaccine information ‘health file’ that is distributed to students/families along with the consent form (see link below). The meningococcal quadrivalent vaccine is available/offered to all grade 9 students.
