Any student who has unexcused absences or absences where a note didn't make it to the teacher should take advantage of these make up tutorials, so marks aren't lost. See the schedule below and just show up. As the grade nine work year naturally adds more on the plates of all kids, I'm reminded that many of ours kids have a lot of commitments, a lot to juggle, and a lot on their mind. There are complexities in student's lives today that didn't exist in a less connected world of even me 15-20 years before. Balance is key and this quick read sums it up nicely. |
