New section added to site: SFU/UBC/UVIC Requirements Quick Link

I've added a section to the Counselling Resources specifically for information around BC's biggest three universities and exactly what is required. The short answer is... LOTS. Make sure you check it carefully, follow up with additional program requirements if there are, and ask me if you're stuck on anything.
