Kids Help Line for Teens - Access to skilled staff who can handle emergent issues in chat or at 1-800-668-6868
Youth Space - Skilled volunteers staff this program to help give advise immediately. You can also text them at 778-783-017

CYMH (North East Team) - This is Mr. Van's favourite mental health team and it's at Kaslo and Hastings. See me for more info.
SACY - Vancouver program to reduce and delay substance use
Kelty Mental Health - Tons of resources for all sorts of mental health challenges. They've got great workshops too!
PLEA - Substance use programs and support
Youth Clinic - Vancouver Coastal Health (mental health, counselling, addictions, etc.)
UNYA - Urban Native Youth Association offers counselling services, home visits, resources, sports programs, and more

HereToHelpBC - This is a database of lots of resources that can be used to help someone or get help yourself.
Open Mind BC
- A database of useful tools and links to major sites that support Youth & Adult Mental Health

Mind Check - Supports, real stories, inventories, and more to help people looking for support with mental health, alcohol & drug use, body image, stress, anxiety and more. Provincially created and very well thought out.
Early Psychosis Intervention - EPI is an important and impressive partner in supporting youth and young adults who are either facing or worry they may be facing psychosis. Treatments are explained too.

Baseline Tools
Clinical Tools & Resources - This site has a number of baseline tests that can help start the conversation around mental health diagnosis. This should only be used by trained counsellors or medical staff.
